Join us on a guided tour through scenic East Kelowna. Dotted with orchards and vineyards, East Kelowna is home to several of the area’s best known artisans. We will visit a goat cheese artisan who makes incredible gelato too! Entice your senses while touring a lavender and herb farm where they produce dried herbs and essential oils. Relax and enjoy your lunch on Kelowna’s largest lakeside patio (cost of lunch not included). After lunch, we will sample some wine at an area winery, and mead at an artisan farm winery that also produces their own honey from bees kept on site. We end our day with a visit to an orchard producing fresh fruit and featuring hard ciders made from the fruit grown.

Carmelis Goat Cheese Artisan

Carmelis is a family owned boutique dairy that takes great pride in producing superb handcrafted cheeses. Using traditional European methods, the small scale, hands on production renders a rich, complex, superior quality product. Cheeses are made from 100% goat milk containing no additives or preservatives. There are several styles and flavours for sampling. Don’t forget to try the gelato!

Okanagan Lavender Farm

An ever-changing kaleidoscope of colour and aroma, the gardens at the Okanagan Lavender & Herb Farm are designed to provide an inspiring, beautiful and memorable experience from May to October. Plants are harvested by hand and dried or distilled at the farm. All the traditional steam-distilling is done in small batches on site to ensure highest quality oils and hydrosols. Unique, handcrafted products that offer a sense of purity, peace and harmony.

Smack Dab

Smack Dab is a lively kitchen and bar in the heart of Manteo Resort on the shores of Okanagan Lake. A flavour packed, casually inspired menu with a lakeside view that will make your day. Something for everyone on the menu, enjoy Kelowna’s largest lakeside patio!

*Lunch/drinks at guests expense.

Tantalus Vineyards

Tantalus Vineyard is situated on the eastern slopes of the Okanagan Valley, overlooking the shores of Lake Okanagan and the township of Kelowna. Originally known as Pioneer Vineyards, the site was first planted to table grapes in 1927 and today is known as the oldest continuously producing vineyard in British Columbia. Enjoy premium, single vineyard wines in a stunning, gallery-style tasting room, surrounded by works of art from some of Canada’s most highly-acclaimed artists.

Meadow Vista Honey Wines

Meadow Vista was born out of the idea that when you combine a passion for farm fresh ingredients, wine & protecting the honey bees, you can create a line- up of honey wine and bee-inspired food products for wine lovers and foodies to savour. Founded in 2009 by wellness and wine expert Judie Barta, Meadow Vista uses fresh local fruits, spices and BC honey to produce their authentic wines.

Double Cross Cidery

Part of an orchard and farm that offers a wide variety of fruit and organic vegetables during the growing season, tree ripened fruit and vegetables are picked daily. The orchard also produces their own Function Junction 100% apple juice. In 2012 , Double Cross Cidery was launched.
There are now four fruit iced ciders and a hard apple cider available.

(We may substitute with a stop at BC Tree Fruits, for a taste of Broken Ladder, a Craft BC Cider)
